We have enjoyed having you in our studio this summer and had high hopes of building our business and watching our clients get fit and feel well. Sadly, we have to break the news that as of September 1st, FitWell 4 Life will cease facilitating group fitness classes. This was a difficult decision for us, but one we've had to make. JLM Therapeutics will continue to hold Restorative Yoga classes at our current location, please check their website for the schedule.  

 

Currently we do not have plans to reopen but if you've come to know us, you know that we always hope. So if you want us to keep your email on file, please reply and let us know. Who knows what the future holds?
